Rate
All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes.

• If provincial or government taxes are raised within this contract period, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the contract rates accordingly to reflect the charge.

Maximum Occupancy / Extra person / Child
Hotel allows maximum 2 adults & 1 child per room in existing beds, no extra bed & no breakfast provided.

Children aged 4 years old and lower that share a bed with parents is free of charge.
Children aged 12 years old is considered as adult.

Extra Bed / Baby Cot
Maximum one extra bed is allowed per room, charged at the confirmed rate for bed with breakfast.

Baby Cot is free of charge upon request and availability.

Period of occupancy
Confirmed room will be available to check in after 14.00 hrs. on the arrival day and check out time is at 12.00 hrs. (noon) on the departure day. Any room occupied between 12.00 – 18.00 hrs. on the departure day will be charged 50% on confirmed rate. Any occupied beyond 18.00 hrs. will be charged one night at the full confirmed rate.

Liability
•  Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss of a guest’s property, material damage, injury or death whilst on the hotel’s premises.

Cancellation Policy
Peak Season
Period: 24 Dec 18 – 2 Jan 19
No penalty, if cancellation is received by 30 days prior to the arrival date
100% of the entire stay will be charged together with applicable government taxes, if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date

High Season 
No penalty, if cancellation is received by 14 days prior to the arrival date
50% of entire stay will be charged together with applicable government taxes, if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date

Low Season
No penalty, if cancellation is received by 7 days prior to the arrival date

One night accommodation together with applicable government taxes will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to the arrival date

Unused night(s) on shortened stay case is non-refundable, non-transferable and reservation to be charged as per original reservation confirmation.

No show
Hotel will keep confirmed room up to 18.00 hrs. on the arrival day or otherwise informed in advanced for late check in.

Hotel reserves the right to charge at one night confirmed rate for any No Show guest during Low Season, 3 night-charged during High Season and for whole period charge during Peak Season.

Reservation
•  All reservations are upon availability & confirmation unless room allotment has been agreed upon by hotel.

Within 24 hrs. all advanced reservation made by phone will be automatically released if no other written confirmation via fax or e-mail received by hotel.

Payment Term:     
Peak Season 24 Dec – 2 Jan: 50% pre-payment at the time of booking and the following 50% is due 30 days prior to guest’s arrival.

High Season & Low Season: Pre-payment 14 days prior the arrival
